Any organization or person desiring to provide services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in the eighteen northwest Kansas counties must be affiliated with DSNWK CDDO. The CDDO will provide assistance in establishing new providers, if requested by the person with a developmental disability or their guardian, within the funding available.
